In the shade of its hundred-years-old plane trees the “Mas de l'Ange” welcomes you in the middle of olive trees to make you discover its products.
 

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL :

The harvested olives of the domain follow the specifications of the A.O.C. " Vallée des Baux de Provence " (soil, density of plantation, variety show(varieties), culturales methods). The oil is extracted from olives by simple cold pressure, in the mills of the Vallée des Baux de Provence.

OLIVES AND THEIR BY-PRODUCTS :

  • Broken green olives with fennel
  • Pricked blacks olives
  • Olive Creams and tapenades made of black or green olives finely cut with anchovy and capers
  • Jam of olives
    Certainly the most improbable of all our productions. In 1998 we take up the challenge to sweeten olives and the "REDONNALE" was born. It accompanies foie gras, roasted meats, cheeses and desserts.

JAMS :

A wide range of flavor waits for you. Fruits are harvested in optimal maturity on the property at the exception of citrus fruits that come from the exploitation of a colleague in the Alpes-Maritimes.

The Mas de l'Ange has a selling point in the property opened to the public. Visits are organized for the groups starting ten persons with tasting.
